CARTON BOX

Carton box containing approx. 30 kgs of compound (can vary slightly depending on the type of compound).
Packed on Europallets (width 80 cm, length 120 cm).

For manual use the singke pieces have different shapes and dimensions:

The cutting compounds are supplied in cylindrical shape.

The brightening compounds are supplied in "ingot" shape.

CARDBOARD BOX

Rectangular cardboard box (lined with PE bag) containing 50 kgs of compound. Packed on Europallets (width 80 cm, length 120 cm) with a total net weight of 600 kgs of compound. PVC sheet and carton protection all around the pallet.
The carton boxes are made with strong cardboard, and the packaging is safe also for intercontinental shipment.

PLASTIC DRUMS

Cylindrical plastic drums containing 25, 65 or 250 kgs of compound.
Packed on Europallet (width 80 cm, length 120 cm). This packaging can be recommended if the compound is stored in an open area. Unfortunately this type of packaging is less economical for transport.

TANK TC-10 and similar (only for the European market)

Strong steel frame with plastic tank containing either 800 kgs or 1200 kgs of compound. Certified.

TANK – available world-wide
Plastic tank with steel frames (ISO certified for transport), containing 1000/1200 kgs of compound. Dimensions: 100 cm wide, 120 cm long, 170 cm high.
This new packaging is very convenient because we can load a 20ft container with 20 tons net weight of compound. It is also very easy to handle with a fork-lift and permits very fast “tank fill up” with a centralized supply system.
It is also very safe for transport and the tanks can be stored on top of each other (2 levels).
