YouTube videos and Google Maps load after the specific choice; page and catalogue search can be enabled separately and does not send questions to OpenAI. Refusal, customisation and withdrawal are available. Scrolling or closing the first notice does not enable optional services.
Duration and withdrawal
Your choice lasts six months, unless purposes or providers change materially or you clear browser data. You may change or withdraw it at any time using the privacy controls. Withdrawal stops new loads and submissions; it does not undo previous processing or delete cookies already set by third-party domains. Use browser or provider controls for those cookies. Each browser or device has its own choice.

ep_country, ep_market, ep_language and ep_remembered: requested country, branch and language; session duration or one year if you ask to remember them. ep_privacy_consent: protected identifier retrieving your choice, six months. ep_privacy_block: precautionary block following withdrawal or an error, up to six months, removed after a successful save. ep-request-v3:*: form draft for the browser session. europolish-global-2-portal-*: market and briefs created in portal tools, on your device only; removable below or through browser data settings. Local saving alone does not send them to a server. The website does not set an automatic expiry for europolish-global-2-portal-* storage: it remains on your device until you delete it with this button or browser controls, or the browser removes it. The __Host-europ_admin cookie maintains the administrator session for up to 8 hours, expiring after 30 minutes of inactivity. It is Secure, HttpOnly and SameSite=Strict. __Host-ep_global_chat_report: a random technical identifier to associate exchanges from chat versions opened before the update; 8 hours, Secure, HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax. It is linked on the server to the verified browser choice and contains no messages or contact details.
External providers
Google and YouTube may use cookies and identifiers after activation; names and lifetimes depend on the service and account and are described in the Google links. The navigation chat does not install OpenAI cookies. Hosting and sign-in security tools are technical. ASK preferences are described in its Cookie Policy.

Europolish+Hilzinger Global Website and ASK are operated by EUROPOLISH S.r.l., Via Stretta 61–65, Zona Industriale, 25070 Sabbio Chiese (BS), Italy. Common privacy contact: info@europolish.com. The website presents products and receives enquiries; ASK manages documents, requests and restricted work. A common management sign-in grants no additional permissions: each operation remains restricted to authorised profiles.

The main website offers separate choices for YouTube videos, Google Maps and page guidance; external content remains blocked until the required choice. Website and ASK preferences remain separate by domain and device: common sign-in does not transfer consent for optional services. Closing ASK’s technical notice is not marketing consent. Newsletter preferences remain separate and optional.
