Formulation expertise meets a close understanding of local industry. Polyasia Co., Ltd. is an independent company operating under licence from Europolish. It is not part of the Europolish / Hilzinger-Thum group.

The Polyasia Chonburi facility serves local and multinational manufacturers of cookware, bathroom fittings, stainless-steel tubes and watch components. Formulations and raw-material selection address different cutting and polishing requirements.

Since 2011, Polyasia has operated from its own Chonburi factory, close to major industrial estates and the seaport. Liquid and solid compound production combines selected, mainly European raw materials with Europolish technical expertise.

Licensed production and technical supervision connect Polyasia’s Thailand operations with Europolish expertise. The following sections present manufacturing, research and quality control in Italy; they do not describe a replica of those facilities in Thailand.
Sabbio Chiese · production technology
From raw materials to compound quality.
Consistent abrasive compounds depend on the entire process. In Sabbio Chiese, raw-material selection, bulk abrasive handling, automation and computerised checks connect each formulation to controlled, traceable production. Research supports technically effective, safe and economically efficient formulations.
Selected raw materials
We source high-performance raw materials internationally, favouring certified suppliers. Selection considers effectiveness, safety and consistent quality to improve the performance of our formulations over time.
Bulk abrasive handling
Bulk abrasive handling and silo storage are part of the automated plant inaugurated in 1999. Loading the main components into the reactors is integrated into process supervision.
PC–PLC supervision
Developed in-house, the system coordinates formulations, reactor loading, temperatures, alarms and packaging. Critical production stages are connected through a single supervision system, with computerised checks on the manufacturing steps.
Quality and traceability
Independent computerised quality control complements internal traceability: the factory network supports tracking of processing and packaging activities. Documented procedures and staff training reinforce attention to products, people and the environment.
Silos and computers: one production system
From silo storage to component dosing, computerised supervision connects the stages of abrasive-compound preparation. The screen shows the loading paths for fats, powders and water, alongside recipe references, weighing scales and material destinations.
