Cotton qualities

930 and 931 identify two treated cotton qualities. NF and NFR are distinct qualities. These codes are not dimensions.

NFR

Soft, roughened; finishing sensitive surfaces.

L0/10: impregnation listed for fabrics from NKG to C32. The HT table specifies untreated types and also uses the spelling LO/10.
